Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your console or game must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lucidmodshop@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lucidmodshop@gmail.com.
